Law Of Attraction And 10 Ways To Raise Your Vibe

We are much more than we seem. Modern science tells us that the human organism is not just a physical structure made of molecules; but like everything else, is composed of energy fields. We are constantly changing, ebbing, and flowing, just like the ocean. Learning to control this ebb and flow can result in some amazing life changing realities.
Quantum physicist have shown that electrons which orbit protons vibrate at various frequencies. Thats the basic model of an atom. And I think most would agree that the human body is composed of literally trillions of atoms, all vibrating and emitting certain frequencies. So it is relatively easy to see that our bodies are composed of massive energy fields. But lets take this one step further.
Since everything in the universe is composed of energy, including the human body, we can also suggest that human thought also contains energy which can be measured through electromagnetic waves. The total sum of this energy which makes up the universe is connected through vibration - or as some have called it… The Law of Vibration.
“Everything in this universe is connected to everything else in this universe, just as the water that boils is connected to the steam into which it transmutes, and the steam is connected to the ether or air into which it changes.” - Bob Proctor
This includes human thought which can be measured through electromagnetic waves. In no small measure, we are connected to the energy that created our universe. We are not separate from it. In fact, it would be impossible for life to function without this connection.
So when you choose certain thoughts, your brain cells are affected with those thoughts. They resonate electromagnetic waves. When you bring yourself to focus and concentrate on those thoughts, you increase the amplitude of vibration of those cells, which in turn, become extremely powerful.
You are the originator of these electromagnetic waves and you determine the density of these thoughts by your own free will. Because you are the originator of these waves, your whole being is emitting that particular vibration. And it does this 24/7. You are constantly emitting vibration that attracts similar vibrations. Like attracts like. This is why you get what you get in life.
As you think, so you experience. Think about failure, it will be yours. Think about betrayal, it will be yours. Think about love and it will be yours.
There is a great passage written by Bob Proctor that beautifully states this concept. “When you hold the image of your goal on the screen of your mind, in the present tense, you are vibrating in harmony (in resonance) with every particle of energy necessary for the manifestation of your image on the physical plane. By holding that image, those particles of energy are moving toward you (attraction) and you are moving toward them-because that is the law.”
All things are merely manifestations of energy or Spirit.
When you raise your “Vibe”, your life tends to go much smoother. You attract with ease, those things you desire in life. You find yourself in the “flow”. It’s no coincidence. We can cause a positive shift in our lives by raising our vibration.
So how can we raise our vibe?
I find the quickest way to raise my vibration is to calm myself and meditate. I love to meditate which for me means to lie flat on my back for about 10 or 15 minutes and concentrate on my breathing. Sometimes I’ll hold a vision of what I would like to occur in my life. Here are some other suggestions guaranteed to raise your vibe:
1. Read inspiring and uplifting articles and books.
2. Be consciously aware of everything you do.
3. Listen to soothing music.
4. Mentally prepare for your day each morning.
5. Practice Compassion for yourself and others.
6. Journal your thoughts to explore your personal growth. Use the journal on MSD!
7. Practice Gratitude.
8. Take a walk in nature.
9. Do something meaningful for someone.
10. Focus on what you want in life.
